- Account details — only if you create an account: email, a password hash, saved addresses.
- Support messages — whatever you write to us, kept alongside the related order.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
What we never see
Payment details live with the provider. All this site receives is confirmation and the last four digits.
Why we hold it
- To pack, ship and track your order.
- To answer your emails and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations, which require sales records to be kept.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
Who else sees it
Just the carrier, the payment provider and our technical suppliers. We do not and will not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Seven years of sales records is a legal requirement; everything else is shorter and account data is yours to end.
Your choices
Data requests are handled at [email protected], answered within 1 business day and completed within 30 days.
Leaving the mailing list is a single click in any email from us.
Children
No data is knowingly collected from under-16s, and any found is erased.
