Cancellation Policy
Nothing here makes cancelling harder than ordering was.
1Before dispatch
Either [email protected] or (267) 808-9696 during opening hours. Unpicked orders are refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
Around 12 hours on a business day is the honest figure.
2After dispatch
After dispatch, cancellation becomes a return. Refuse the delivery if that is simpler.
Refunds for refused deliveries are made on return, with paid outbound shipping deducted.
3Partial cancellation
One item off an unpacked order is no trouble. We will tell you first if it changes what shipping costs.
4When we cancel
If we cancel — stock, price or fraud screening — you are refunded in full and told the reason.
5Subscriptions and back-orders
Victory E-Bike Hub does not operate subscriptions. Back-orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
